Project Management

Our Project Management team have technical and commercial awareness to deliver complex and large scale new build and refurbishment projects.  Our PM services include development of the project brief, design team appointment, feasibility studies, implementation of project execution plan, management of the project team, risk identification and management, chairing project team progress meetings, including controlling, monitoring and reporting on project progress.  The team will also identify and provide advice on procurement strategy,contract selection and risk management  including assistance in funding bids.  

Contract Administration/ Employers Agent

Our team provide Contract Administration (CA) and Employers Agent role, under the various forms of contracts, and for both the commercial and public sector projects.  Our services under these roles include project brief definition, arranging site surveys and investigations, feasibility studies, costs plans, advice on procurement, contract and warranties.  As part of our CA/EA role we administer change control procedures, issuing instructions, notices and certificates, evaluate contractors claims, and chair progress meetings and site inspections, including monthly reporting procedures.

Client Representative

Our team can provide Client representative role within projects.  Our role includes engaging with stakeholders and ensuring all stakeholders and team members are kept informed of information, and keep the project on track.  Our Client representative team will ensure expectations and requirements are met from inception to completion of the project.
